Real-World Healthcare Data in Chronic Condition Management

Jon Arnold, MD presented the potential uses of PCORNet (National Patient-Centered Clinical Research Network) data for complex chronic disease research. PCORNet is a national resource that offers a fully integrated network where health data, research expertise, and patient insights are built-in and accessible. PCORNet is uniquely networked to offer real-world evidence essential for answering the clinical questions that impact peoples' lives and support studies addressing major public health issues (e.g., obesity, diabetes, heart disease).
