Nicole Luche, MD

I am a resident in Internal Medicine at UPMC working on the FAM-ACT study under the mentorship of Drs. Rosland and Zupa. I have a broad research interest in health equity and social determinants of health, and am developing a project examining the impact of food insecurity on diabetes management through the trial database. I am also interested in pursuing a project that studies the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on barriers to healthcare within the scope of the FAM-ACT trial. 

Within my residency program, I am focused on building a career in general internal medicine, and participate in several medical education initiatives. And in my free time, I am an avid knitter, and I adore Broadway musicals.
