Sophia Garvin, BS

I assist with administrative tasks at the Center, such as coordinating meetings and managing our outward-facing media. In addition, I support multiple of Dr. Rosland's projects, including MPowerHub and the High Risk Invesitgator Network. Working on C4 Center projects has been an amazing way to get involved with community-partnered research, implementation science, and clinical trials. I am currently pursuing my Master's in Public Health in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences from Pitt, with goals of further developing my knowledge in health equity, health communication, and evaluation. I graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelor's of Science in Global Health Studies, and hope to further my education in community and behavioral health sciences. In my free time, I enjoy going to parks, cooking, and playing with my cats, Buster and Shadow.
