Ella Hileman-Kaplan, BA

  • Clinical Research Coordinator

As a research coordinator, I support Dr. Rosland’s MPowerHub project and Dr. Anderson’s K76 project. I am originally from Seattle and graduated with a B.A. in the Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington with a minor in Microbiology. My undergraduate research focuses were pharmaceutical ethics and health care equality during COVID-19. After graduating I worked as a data and research coordinator for the University of Washington’s Phase 1 Clinical Trials program at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. I am particularly passionate about health equity and policy and hope to continue my education with an MA in Bioethics. In my free time I enjoy getting to know Pittsburgh in addition to watching soccer, running, and baking.
